Shipping policy

At Flor de Luna, every order is handled with care to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition, wherever you are in the world. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Domestic (UAE) Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery Window: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

  • Coverage Area: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain.

  • Number of Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the order.

  • Delivery Partner: We work exclusively with trusted local couriers to ensure a smooth and reliable service.

Shipping Fees

  • Complimentary delivery on orders above AED 1,000.

  • A flat rate of AED 25 applies for orders below this amount.

International Shipping

Flor de Luna partners with leading global couriers to provide a seamless international shopping experience.

  • Currency & Pricing: International customers can view product prices in their local currency, with order totals calculated and confirmed at checkout.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • GCC Countries: 2–7 business days

    • Europe & North America: 5–14 business days

    • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that every country applies its own import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which remain the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in Flor de Luna’s prices or shipping fees and must be settled directly with your local customs authority.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

Important Information

  • All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays.

  • Flor de Luna is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs procedures or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

  • Return Orders: Please note that all return orders are charged the full delivery fee.
